Dr Iain Waller is a Senior Research Associate at the QUT Business School. He teaches across the Schools of Advertising, Marketing, and Public Relations [AMPR] and Management and has research responsibilities for projects in QUT’s Behavioural Economics, Society and Technology Centre (BEST Centre). Iain works to understand the complexity of institutional systems to contribute transformational opportunities which deliver efficiencies and effectiveness for all actors across contemporary society and our economy.
